Meet the Team

Director and Modern Workplace Architect

Alex became a SharePoint consultant in 2005, after graduating from Napier University with an honour’s degree in Computing. Whilst happy to configure servers, Alex found his real passion to be intranets, document management solutions and end-user adoption.

In more recent years Alex expanded his focus to include the entire Microsoft 365 suite. This has seen him gain additional expertise in new areas including data governance and cyber security.

When Alex isn’t helping organisations adopt Microsoft 365, he’s a budding bedroom DJ and a terrible golfer.

Mike graduated from The University of Manchester with a degree in Computer Science and Business. Mike went straight to work on urgent Y2K projects, before quickly starting internal SharePoint roles in the legal and finance sectors. In 2009 Mike made the move to Microsoft consultancy, joining Alex to build a thriving Business Productivity practise for a large Microsoft Partner.

Mike loves talking to customers about SharePoint and Microsoft 365, helping businesses discover new functionality and get the most from their investment.

When Mike isn’t coding or configuring Microsoft 365 he can be found walking and camping in the hills, obsessing over watches or ferrying his two girls to their various activities.

Modern Workplace Consultant

After exploring & travelling on cruise liners as a Hair Artist, Janice decided to enter the world of Technology – she was offered the opportunity of a basic SharePoint course in 2007 & has since then become an experienced, self-taught Microsoft Collaboration Platform professional.

She loves interacting with customers, learning about what they need & coming up with the best solution for their business in a professional as well as upbeat, fun manner.

Hailing from South Africa, she loves a good braai, the outdoors, biltong & Prosecco! She alighted in the UK in 1997 & has been adventuring away to different places as well as enjoying walking some of the beautiful coast & forest trails. When she’s checked out of the Microsoft world, she’s often either working on garden projects, writing pieces for a Holistic magazine or providing chakra balancing healing sessions.

Modern Workplace Consultant

Jack started working in I.T. straight out of school and progressed to Level 3 in the apprenticeship scheme. During his 8 years in the I.T. field, he has worked across various areas from support to development. He now specialises in scoping and delivering solutions via Microsoft’s Power Platform environment.

Alongside working at Yoko:10, he is currently working towards a degree in Digital & Technology Solutions with a specialism in consultancy.

When Jack isn’t working on client projects, he’s an avid movie enthusiast and gamer of the board and virtual variety.

Modern Workplace Consultant

Ben turned his long lasting passion for computers and technology into his career in late 2017. After 5 years of supporting SMBs, implementing solutions and delivering projects, he moved to Yoko:10 in early 2023 to focus on consulting, development, and deploying Microsoft 365 to larger organisations.

Ben loves high level analysis, complex problem solving and delivering services he’s proud of. Recently he’s been perfecting his Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate skills and gaining a deeper understanding of their capabilities.

When he’s not tinkering with Microsoft 365, you can likely find him under his car, whizzing around the Peak District on his electric bike, or perhaps still at his computer practicing music or playing videogames.
